In order to meet the changing market, Giantec launched next generation EEPROM product with temperature sensor GT34TS04. This product meets JEDEC spec. It will be applied in the next generation DDR4. And it is protocol compatible with the previous generation product GT34TS02. This product can support 2.2V~3.6V supply voltage range. The maximum temperature sensor resolution is 0.0625ºC and the minimum temperature sensor accuracy is +/- 0.5ºC.
