SHANGHAI, China, MAY 8, 2024 – Giantec Semiconductor, a leading fabless in memory technology and solutions, has announced the launch of its new 32Mb SPI NOR Flash IC, the GT25Q32B-L. This latest addition to Giantec's expansive portfolio is designed to empower a new generation of IoT applications, providing them with the reliable and efficient memory they require to execute complex tasks and processes.

The GT25Q32B-L is a 32M-bits Serial NOR Flash, The array is organized into 16,384 programmable pages of 256-bytes each. Up to 256 bytes can be programmed at a time. Pages can be erased in groups of 4 (1Kb sector erase), groups of 16 (4KB Sector erase), groups of 128 (32KB block erase), groups of 256 (64KB block erase) or the entire chip (chip erase), The GT25Q32B-L features a serial peripheral interface and software protocol allowing operation on a simple 4-wire bus while it is in single I/O mode.
