Sep. 1st,2011- Shanghai Giantec Semiconductor Incorporation merged with Maxllent Corpration successfully. The new company is still called Giantec Semiconductor. The celebration was hold in Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Park, Shanghai. Lots of government officers, customers, media and employees enjoyed the event together in the evening. In the ceremony, the CEO and the COO both indicated that this merger was a win-win cooperation and whatever the products, teams and distributors channels of Giantec and Maxllent would complement one another. It is believed that the new Giantec Semicondutor will grow faster and stronger.
