Conventional EEPROM

An EEPROM (electrically erasable programmable read-only memory) is a common type of non-volatile memory which retains stored information even when power is removed. It can be erased and reprogrammed on a computer or a dedicated device a million times or more. Our EEPROM products offer high reliability, wide voltage range, high compatibility, low power consumption and many other features. They are widely used in various applications, such as smartphones, LCD panels, Bluetooth modules, communications, computers and peripherals, medical devices, white goods, automotive electronics and industrial control. Our end customers include Samsung, Xiaomi, vivo, OPPO, Lenovo, TCL, LG, Canon, Panasonic, AUO, Innolux, BOE, Hisense, Haier and VTech.

This product line includes EEPROM products with standard interfaces such as I2C, SPI and Microwire, and SPD/SPD+TS EEPROM products mainly used in computer and server memory.
